Warm-up

• Dynamic warm up
• Run/cycle/row/jump rope 5 minutes

Main set

• 2 minutes of burpees
• 800-yard run (hard)
• Recover 1-2 minutes
• 2 minutes of jumping rope (or rowing)
• 800-yard run (hard)
• Recover 1-2 minutes.

Cool Down:

Stretch
